In June we helped Mike Shur of Shurky Jurky (a paleo-friendly artisan jerky) prepare for his first trade show, The Bite of Bend on June 28th. Trade shows are a perfect opportunity to gain valuable customer feedback. However, you’ll be so busy that you need to keep your tests simple and easy to measure.
So How Did Mike Do?
Mike proved that people want Shurky Jurky! More importantly he gained insights on preferred flavors even though he ran out out of samples on Saturday. Ok… probably the most important fact: he sold nearly $300 worth of product and t-shirts and even has some pre-sales on his next batch!
